24-Hour Priority Service, 365 Days a Year.

When you have an emergency, we will have a technician at your door within 24 hours of calling our office, with Value Pricing and No Emergency Fees. With most service companies you can expect to pay an emergency trip charge of up to $300.00. Our preventative maintenance customers do not have this added expense when they have a service problem as we waive all emergency fees and offer value pricing.

*In the event of an emergency service call, our standard diagnostic fee—which includes a full system inspection—still applies. Any additional emergency charges that would be added are waived.

Value Pricing on all New Unit Purchases

In addition, you receive our value pricing on all parts and repairs. When it is time for a new energy-efficient unit, you are quoted with our value rate on the complete installation as well.

Condenser Coil and Evaporator Coil Inspection

These coils become dirty over time; dirty coils reduce efficiency and cause your HVAC unit to work harder, cause parts to wear out faster, and shorten the life expectancy of your heating and cooling system. Your unit will cost you more month after month on your utility bill if the coils are not kept clean. During your visit, our technician will rinse and look over your system’s coils, remove debris and ensure it’s in good working condition for the cooling season.

* There could be an additional charge if a coil cleanser is needed due to extensive build-up or lack of maintenance.

We just completed a multi-day job with Kearney HVAC to completely replace the majority of all ductwork on the main floor of a 3000 sq ft detached house, create two zones in replace of one, install an electrostatic filter, seal all returns, and install wireless thermostats. The work was required due to the previous patchwork installations that had been performed by what seemed like different contractors, with numerous errors and faulty air-flow throughout the entire house. The experience with Kearney first began with a thorough inspection and quote for the work needed to be performed, followed up with components information and details on several technology options that could be installed as upgrades. Kearney did not oversell any of the upgrades, and worked to design a solution that fit my family’s needs and requirements, nothing more and nothing less. The quote for the work was fair, and competitive to many of the other quotes that I had solicited from nearby HVAC companies. Better yet, we were able to schedule the job in a very timely manner. The work was promptly completed, with a well knowledgeable and respectful crew. For the amount of dirt and debris that was created by the demolition in the unoccupied basement, by the time Kearney left everything was put back in place, clean, and professional. We will be calling Kearney back for our HVAC needs in a future addition to the home. Would highly recommend Kearney HVAC for anyone who is interested in having their system installed correctly and professionally the first time.
